At Ujima, luxury is defined by space, stillness, and the quiet details that bring you closer to nature. Interiors are warm and grounded, with textured wood, natural stone and glass walls that invite the bushveld in. The lodge is intentionally connected – a place to share stories beneath the stars in the outdoor boma, watch wildlife drift past from the saltwater pool, or simply settle into the rhythm of bush life. Life on the reserve can be quite magical. It is not unusual to see zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, kudu, nyala, impala, warthogs, porcupines and even our resident leopards, moving freely through the lodge grounds. Here, the wild is not observed from a distance; it’s right in front of you or just beyond the glass.
